Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in C/C++ system programming and software development.

Strong knowledge of Networking concepts and its troubleshooting.

Good exp in Routing, switching, OSI layers, IP Protocols etc.

Strong knowledge of system architecture, operating systems, and networking concepts

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and test new feature requirements and enhancements for our systems, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions

Prepare and review design and test documents, ensuring they meet established standards and guidelines

Provide support for customer issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis, to ensure timely resolution of problems

Assist with issues arising from regular release-related testing, helping to maintain the stability and performance of our systems

Engage with customers on an escalation basis to provide support through calls an consultations, addressing technical and architectural concerns

Participate in ongoing technical discussions and consultations with customers, providing expert advice on system deployments, architecture, and solutions
